FAQ

What type of services do we provide?

We provide 3D rendering and animation services. We have listed renders for both product and architectural renderings on our service page, but if you require something more unique please send us your questions on the contact page. We can cater to lots of unique aspects of 3D Graphics and CGI such as AR/VR/3D Prints or more!.

What is the cost of your renderings?

Prices are indicated under each rendering. Add them to your cart to see a total price when you check out. Specific renderings come at different rates.

I have a home that is 2000 Sq Ft. How much would that cost?

We do not charge based on size of the property. A rendering of a residential home would start at $799 regardless of the size of the home. At Halo Renders we try to avoid over complicating pricing. We want to keep things as transparent and as visible as possible.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes, we do. But they incur a 35% additional charge and can be turned around in 3 Days.

What is the Turnaround Time?

Our turn around times for renderings is 6-7 Business Days

How to place an order?

All you need to do is search our services page for your rendering and add the rendering to your cart. If you don’t need any more renderings press the ‘checkout’ button located at the top of the page. When you pay and make an order a representative will be in touch with you within 24 Hours on business days.

What information do you need from me to get started on my rendering?

In order to begin your rendering we need at least a blueprint or floor plan. A CAD file would be most ideal. What we will then ask for is a materials board that provides us with more specific information. Such as what color are the walls? What material is the siding? etc…

What files should of I submit?

We can take an convert 99% of the file types that you can deliver to us. But the most common forms people send are just PDFs and DWGs. And of course JPEGs

What if I am not happy with my rendering?

Let us know what is wrong and we will work with you to get you the desired output.

In case you require revisons. Then how does that work? Is there a cost?

You’ll get 2 rounds of "superficial revisions” per rendering. Any revisions after these we charge $75 per round, per render. Rounded to the nearest hour
We refer to revisions as “Rounds of Revisions” which is defined as a number of revisions under 10 given within 24-hours.

So for example, if you receive a rendering. And you provide us notes as below:

   •  Change the color of the south wall to white
   •  Adjust the soffit to the wall
   •  The roof is shingle, not slate

This would still be considered 1 round of revision. If there are more than 10 notes of these or that they give you the notes over a couple of days. Then would count as an additional round of revisions.

If you still have questions, please contact us.
