1. Included are *three/five/seven rounds of complimentary superficial revisions. Superficial revisions include changes in colors, materials, furniture (from library), fixtures (from library), appliances (from library).

2. After the final round (third/fifth/seventh) of superficial revisions, any subsequent request for such revisions can be purchased at a rate of $50 per round.

3. Modeling/Design changes that deviate from original submitted plans do not fall under the superficial revisions category and will be charged at $100 per round of such revisions.

4. Revision requests should be consolidated into one document, including any notes and reference images. Customer may wish to provide mark-ups of the rendering to indicate where and what changes need to occur.

5. Customer must provide timely feedback and as such, has three business days to provide feedback for revisions. If Customer requires more time to provide feedback, it is Customer’s responsibility to notify Halo Renders of its need for extension.

6. If Halo Renders does not receive feedback in a timely manner, Project will be deemed complete. Any subsequent revision requests to the renderings and/or requests for additional view angles will be treated as a new project and billed at the full rate.
